ABOUT ERIN
I help leaders navigate the conversations that shape trust, performance, and relationships.
My work sits at the intersection of communication, behavior, and performance. I’ve seen that even the most capable leaders struggle not because they lack insight, but because these conversations happen in real time under pressure, without the chance to prepare.
For over 35 years, I’ve worked as an actor studying how people communicate, react, and respond under pressure. In acting, you don’t just show up and perform. You rehearse. You try things, adjust, and prepare so when the moment comes, you’re ready.
In leadership, we expect people to handle high-stakes conversations without that same opportunity to practice. That gap is what my work is designed to fill. I bring a rehearsal-based approach into leadership and communication, creating space for people to practice, refine, and build confidence in real conversations.
Rehearsal-Based Leadership
I bring a rehearsal-based approach into leadership and communication creating space for people to practice, refine, and build confidence in real conversations.
In many cases, I’m not just facilitating. I’m part of the practice itself, stepping into the role of the colleague, manager, or stakeholder participants are navigating.
That realism helps people slow down, adjust, and experience conversations differently in the moment not just talk about them in theory. The conversations that matter most deserve more than instinct. They deserve preparation.
